Fire Risk Assessments
|
With the introduction of the Regulatory Reform Order in 2006, all employers must now complete a fire risk assessment regardless of the size of company or the risk. If there are four or less people employed there is no need to document the risk assessment but it must be carried out nonetheless.
Fire certificates will no longer be issued by the local fire authority so companies are now responsible for their own fire safety. It is the accountability of the 'responsible person' to provide a safe environment for employees, visitors and contractors. Our assessments will identify the risks and recommend the actions required to achieve the solution. |
